Terms and Conditions

• I confirm my dog is fit, healthy and fully vaccinated
• I agree Woodside Dog Groomers will not be liable or responsible for irritation, abrasion, or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, or as a result of the grooming process, de-matting, stripping or clipping. 
• If my dog bites, or attempts to bite, a muzzle may be used, and at the discretion of the Groomer, the groom may stop
• If my dog’s health causes concern veterinary advice my be sought and unless it can be shown clearly that the groomer is liable, all costs in connection with carrying out this instruction will be at the owners expense. In the event of an emergency, if my own vet is unattainable, or too far away, I give permission for treatment to be given by the veterinarian used by the groomer.
• I understand that the welfare of my dog is the first priority of this salon, and in the event of severe matting, in compliance with the Animal Welfare Act, the dog will be clipped short to release the dog from its coat. The  owner and groomer of this salon will not be liable for any post grooming effects of this procedure which is not without risk. 
• I agree that information will be stored in line with the Data Protection Act with GDPR. My information will be used as a historic record of my pets grooming and destroyed if no appointment is made within 6 months of the last grooming date. Unless agreed below my data will not be used for marketing purposes. 
• I give permission for photographs of my pet to be taken during the grooming process and for these to be used for promotional purposes .
• I accept and consent to these terms and conditions.
